Sprint fights AT&T by doubling shared data plans through October

Sprint is trying to one-up AT&T on data plan offerings — again. Over the weekend, AT&T began a promotion that doubles the data offered in its largest family share plans, and now Sprint is striking back by making its plans offer twice as much as that. Sprint’s new plans offer 60GB per month for $130, 80GB for $160, and 120GB for $225, though additional per-line fees will raise those prices if you’re already a customer. For comparison, AT&T’s plans offer 30GB for $130, 40GB for $150, and 60GB for $225, and that’s before per-line fees too.
